The Handbook for Shaping a Viable Future, authored by E M Risse, was first published in 2002 and will be reissued in 2005. The book articulates the Three-Step Process to plan and create balanced Alpha Communities. The Handbook contains teaching text and handouts to support educational programs for citizens and governance practitioners.
